This is what I wore to MEG Magazine’s 15 anniversary party that took place last June 25 at Republiq Super Club, Resorts World Manila.

I was invited because I was included in I AM MEG (a reality show ala ANTM with Michael Carandang as MEGA TV head who actually worked with Tyra for ANTM before.) season 2 Top 30. Unfortunately I didn’t make it to the top 16, but yeah, that’s life, better luck next time!

Well I was actually very happy because the last time I auditioned for I AM MEG season 1, I only got it to the top 100. So that was a HUUUGE improvement.

The theme was military glam. So the basic things I looked for is leather, the shoulder pads and of course, the studs.

Here’s my favorite look of mine yet. It’s my Glam Christmas look!

This was inspired by my obsession with supermodels and their personal style. I personally love Miranda Kerr’s, Karlie Kloss’, Chanel Iman’s and many others. This particular look is inspired by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s pink tweed jacket.

So maybe you’re all curious, how do come up with my looks. When styling the perfect look for occasions, I always need to have inspiration.

First thing I bought in this look was the gold sequinned flats I got from my friends online shop. So I think of a way to incorporate gold in my look. Then I purchased the ribbon bag. Which I chose in a peach pink color because it’s the color I imagine my dress to be.

Then I search for golden accessories to accent my look and to compliment my golden flats. And gold accessories is usually my go-to pieces. I also think of budget when buying this things.

Then I search for the perfect peplum peach dress. There’s also an essence of luck when I’m buying. It sorta amaze me some times, how I get to find match-made pieces.

Then to complete my look, I bought this gold-ish white tweed blazer I’ve been dreaming to buy. And that’s how I completed my look!

P.S. I’m the kind of shopper who looks in all the boutiques before I buy anything. I check for style, price and of course if it looks good on me. If it doesn’t fit, even if you really love the clothes, don’t buy it, unless they’re shoes. There’s always a way to make them fit yours. Well that’s in my opinion.

This is my day look, fun, flirty, sexy and girly. Paired this look with a Taylor Swift inspired hair I did using foam rollers. Their very easy to use and give different style of curls. Here’s a youtube tutorial I followed. You can skip the video into the 3 minute mark. Oh and if you’re wondering, I bought my curlers at UNO factory outlet at WalterMart Calamba for like 60 pesos. But I guess you can find these things at Beauty shops.

Floral corset tops are a trend this days. Especially the cropped ones. I’ve loved them ever since I saw them on Anne Curtis Primadonna Spring/Summer 2012 campaign here, on Kim Chiu’s Cosmo cover here and on Tricia Gosingtian’s lookbook here.

This floral corset is so versatile and pretty I created a “night” look perfect for parties or for those who are a little bit more conservative.

This is what I wore to a night of Simbang gabi, but with a different blazer. I experimented a little by combining Glam girly top and the Rock chic jeans and leather jacket. I love this top so much, I will definitely wear and buy more of this.
